Account Usage and Billing

When you access the Subscription & Billing page, the first section you see is also titled Subscription & Billing. It is split into several subsections, providing a real-time overview of your subscription status, usage, allocated licenses, and billing details.

Plans

Described in section "Available Plans"

Usage

Displays information about your current subscription activity and billing cycle:

  • Status – Indicates whether your current subscription is Active or Inactive.
  • Next Billing – Shows your current plan, billing amount, currency, and the date of the next billing.
  • Current Period – Even if your subscription is billed annually (for example, from 15/08/2025 to 15/08/2026), product usage limits are applied on a monthly basis. The Current Period field displays the start and end dates for the current month within your subscription term (e.g., 15/08/2025 – 15/09/2025). This makes it clear which month’s usage you are currently tracking.
  • Current Period Usage – Shows your actual usage for the current monthly period defined above. For example, if your monthly page view limit is 5,000,000 and you have used 1,250,000 so far, this field will display the number of page views used, the total monthly limit, and the percentage consumed (e.g., 1,250,000 / 5,000,000 (25%)).

Agora Licenses

Shows the allocation and usage of standard Agora licenses:

  • Total – The total number of Agora licenses available in your subscription.
  • Used – The number of Agora licenses currently assigned.

Agora AI Licenses

Shows the allocation and usage of AI-powered Agora licenses:

  • Total – The total number of Agora AI licenses available in your subscription.
  • Used – The number of Agora AI licenses currently assigned.

Billing Information

  • Full Name – The name of the billing contact person.
  • Country – The billing country associated with your account.
