User Management

Collaborate for greater impact by adding and managing users within your QualiBooth account. User Management is available for all plans, although the number of allowed users depends on the subscription level.

Users

Overview: The Users list displays all active users within an organization, along with their assigned role and, where applicable, Agora and Agora AI licenses. The number of allowed users depends on your subscription plan:

  • Standard Plan: Limited to one admin user.
  • Advanced Plan: Up to 3 users.
  • Premium Plan: Up to 10 users.
  • Enterprise Customers: No limit on the number of users.

Search and Filters

  • Search by Email: Use the search field to quickly locate a user by their email address.
  • Filters: Click the Filters button to narrow the list by:
    • Role: Admin, Power User, or User.
    • Access: Agora license, Agora AI license.
  • Reset Filters: Returns the view to show all users.

Agora and Agora AI Licensing

Licensing Overview: Depending on your plan, your organization can have one or multiple Agora licenses as well as Agora AI licenses.

  • Prerequisite: An Agora AI license can only be assigned if the user already has an Agora license.
  • A user may have:
    • Agora license only
    • Agora + Agora AI licenses
    • Never Agora AI without Agora License Assignment:
  • Licenses are managed at the account level.
  • If a user belongs to multiple organizations under the same account and is assigned a license, that license will appear in User Management for every organization the user is part of.
  • Assign or remove licenses via the toggle switches in the Agora Licenses and Agora AI Licenses columns.

Edit User

Click the Edit button (pencil icon) to change a user’s role within the organization.

Remove User

Click the Delete button (trash icon) to remove a user from the organization.

User Invitation Process

Steps to invite a new user: 1.Select Invite New User. 2.Enter their email address. 3.Assign a role. 4.Confirm to send the invitation.

Pending Invites

Overview: Lists all users invited to join the organization but who have not yet accepted.

Management Options:

  • Cancel pending invites to stop the process.
  • Resend invites if necessary.

Roles

Fixed Role Definitions:

  • Admin: The organization's sole admin user is its creator. Admins have full feature access and can invite new users as either power or regular users.
  • Power User: Nearly identical to the admin in privileges, except for the inability to access subscription & billing, thus cannot modify subscription plans or edit billing details. Power users can invite others as either power or regular users.
  • User: Regular users lack access to user management, subscription & billing, and configuration menus. They cannot add a new site, delete an existing one, or restore a site that has been deleted. Can view dashboards and reports, as well as use development assistant.
