Scheduled Scanning

Scheduled Scanning enables automated, server-side accessibility audits across predefined URLs. It allows you to run accessibility scans on a schedule or on demand, without requiring a tracking script to be installed on your website.

This scanning mode is designed for comprehensive site auditing, compliance validation, and regression testing across large sets of URLs.

Pages that are only reachable after signing in can also be scanned: a configuration can hold the credentials of a dedicated test account, so the scan signs in before auditing. See Authentication.

Every scan is checked by two engines: the standard engine reads the page's markup, and Deep Scan drives the live page to measure things markup alone can't tell you, like whether a focus ring is actually visible or a dialog properly returns focus when closed.

Each run also groups issues by the element they were found on. Shared Components lists the elements that fail on more than one page, such as a templated header or footer, so you can see which fixes remove the most issues across the site.
