Introduction

This step-by-step guide will walk you through creating your account, adding your first website, and activating accessibility monitoring.

1. Create Your Account

Sign Up

Visit QualiBooth.com and click “Free Trial” or “Sign Up.”

Fill out your:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Password and confirmation
• Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  or sign up instantly using Google or Microsoft SSO.

2. Verify Your Email

After submitting the registration form, you’ll be prompted to verify your email. A message will be sent to your inbox (from no-reply@qualibooth.com). Click the link in the email to activate your account. The link is valid for 1 hour.

3. Initial Website Setup

Once your email is verified, you’ll be taken directly to the “Welcome to a More Accessible Web!” screen. Here, you’ll:

• Enter your Organization Name
• Provide your Website URL
• (Optionally) Add a Display Name for the site

This setup prepares your first site for monitoring.

4. Select Your Plan

After saving your site details, you’ll land on the Plans & Pricing page. Choose the plan that best fits your needs:

Standard:

Includes 1 monitored site and 1 user seat, with Real-Time Scanning up to 100K page views per month and Scheduled Scanning up to 500 page scans per month.

Advanced

Includes 3 monitored sites and 3 user seats, with Real-Time Scanning up to 1M page views per month and Scheduled Scanning up to 1,500 page scans per month, plus 1 Agora seat.

Adds on top of Standard plan:

• Multi-site support
• JIRA Integration
• 1 Agora Desktop Seat included

Premium

Includes 5 monitored sites and 10 user seats, with Real-Time Scanning up to 10M page views per month and Scheduled Scanning up to 4,000 page scans per month, plus 3 Agora seats.

Adds on top of Advanced plan:

• 3 Agora Desktop Seats included
• API access

Enterprise: Tailored setup for complex needs

Fully customizable plan tailored for large-scale or specialized needs

Custom allocation of:

• Page Views, User Seats, Monitored Sites
• Agora Desktop Seats
• Agora AI Seats (Agora+) Includes all Premium features plus:
• 10 free Agora seats
• Multi-organization support

5. Add Payment Details

To start your 7-day free trial, provide billing information:

• Credit card number and expiry
• Organization name and country
• VAT number (if within the EU)

You'll then see a subscription summary showing the total cost after your trial (including VAT if applicable).

6. Confirmation

After confirming, you’ll be welcomed with a Thank You message.

You'll be guided to:

• Add our tracking script to your site
• Optionally download the Agora desktop scanner
