Appearance
Configurations
The Configurations screen lists all Scheduled Scanning configurations created for a website. Each configuration defines what URLs are scanned, how often scans run, and how crawl behavior is controlled.
At the top of the screen, you can see:
- A scan budget meter, showing the current month’s page scans used versus available scans for your account
- An indication when scan credits have been fully consumed.
Note: Scan credit usage is tracked at account level, not per site or per organization.
Configuration List
For each configuration, the table displays:
- Configuration Name – The name used to identify the configuration (default is the site name). Clicking a configuration name opens its Scan History.
- Status
- Running – A scan is currently in progress. Applies only for On Demand scans.
- Active – Scheduled Scanning is enabled
- Inactive – Scheduled Scanning is not activated
- Total URLs – Number of enabled URLs included in the configuration that will be scanned. Disabled URLs are excluded.
- Last Run – Start date of the most recent scan
- Frequency – Scan schedule (On Demand, Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Rate Limiting – Crawl rate applied during scanning
When scan credit limits are reached, a visual warning indicator is shown with a tooltip explaining that the scan limit has been reached. No additional scheduled or on-demand scans will start until scan credits are available again.
Actions
Available actions depend on the configuration type and status:
- Run Scan Now – Available for On Demand configurations
- Activate Scan – Enables scheduled scans
- Deactivate Scan – Disables scheduled scans
- Stop Scan – Stops a currently running scan
- Copy Configuration – Creates a new configuration by duplicating the selected one. All settings and URLs are copied, and the configuration is opened in Edit Configuration mode, where only the configuration name needs to be updated.
- Edit Configuration – Opens the selected configuration in edit mode, allowing you to modify its settings, schedule, and URLs.
- Delete – Permanently removes the configuration after confirmation
