Configuration
The Configuration section allows you to manage Real-Time Scanning settings for a specific website. From here, you can control the tracking script, monitor its status, pause or resume scanning, and generate an accessibility statement.
Script Status
The Script Status indicator shows whether Real-Time Scanning is currently active for your website.
Active – The tracking script is installed correctly and accessibility data is being received.
Inactive – No data is being received. This may indicate that the script is not installed, has been removed, or the site is not currently being accessed.
Note: After installing the tracking script for the first time, it may take up to one hour for the site to be marked as active and for initial results to appear. While data is collected in real time, statistics are aggregated hourly.
Disable Monitoring
Use the Disable monitoring toggle to temporarily pause Real-Time Scanning for the site without removing the tracking script.
When monitoring is disabled:
- No new accessibility data is collected
- The script can remain installed on the website
- Monitoring can be re-enabled at any time from this screen
Tracking Code
The Tracking Code section provides the script required to enable Real-Time Scanning.
You can install the tracking script using one of the available methods:
Manual Installation – Copy and paste the script directly into your website
Install via Google Tag Manager (GTM) – Deploy the script using GTM
Place the tracking script into your site’s header, footer, or body. The script is asynchronous and does not block page loading.
Content Security Policy (CSP)
If your website uses a Content Security Policy (CSP), you must allow the following source to ensure the script functions correctly:
https://cdn.portal-backend.prod.qualibooth.com/*
Accessibility Statement Generation
From the Configuration section, you can generate a public-facing Accessibility Statement for your website.
- This option is available only when Real-Time Scanning is active
- Click Generate to create the statement
The generated accessibility statement includes:
- The current accessibility score
- WCAG criteria used (based on your scanning configuration)
- Export options in HTML and PDF formats, ready to publish on your website
