Jira Integration

Purpose

Integrating with Jira allows you to create Jira tickets directly from the Reports section.

Prerequisites

Before configuring Jira integration, ensure you have:

  • Valid Jira API Token – Generated in your Atlassian account under Security → API Tokens.
  • Username – The username associated with the API token.
  • Jira Instance URL – The URL of your Jira instance.
  • Mandatory Priority Field enabled in the Jira project intended for accessibility issues.
  • No additional mandatory fields that could block ticket creation.

Configuration Steps

  1. Go to the Jira Integration tab in Settings.
  2. Enter your Username, Jira Token, and Jira Instance URL.
  3. Save the integration.
  4. Configure Jira settings for each site:
  • Project – The Jira project where issues will be created.
  • Priority – The default priority for created issues.
  • Issue Type – The Jira issue type to use.
  1. Optionally, click Apply to All to use the same settings across all sites in the organization.

Enable/Disable

The Jira integration can be enabled or disabled for each site individually, as well as for the entire organization.
