Billing

Our subscription and billing structure is designed to accommodate a wide range of websites, from small personal blogs to large enterprise platforms. Below is a detailed overview of our available plans, subscription management features, account usage, billing details, and financial records.

Access Control

Billing (formerly Subscription & Billing) is available only to admin users. Open it from Billing in the Organization group of the sidebar, or from the account menu (your avatar, top right). Billing always shows the currently selected organization, so you must first select an organization for which you have admin rights. If you select an organization where you are not an admin, the Billing option will not be displayed at all.

Billing has three tabs: Plan, Invoices and Transactions.

Available Plans

  • Standard Plan: Ideal for small websites.
    • Limits: 1 site, 1 user, 1 organization, up to 100,000 page views/month (Real-Time Scanning), up to 500 page scans/month (Scheduled Scanning).
  • Advanced Plan: Suitable for small to medium websites.
    • Limits: 3 sites, 3 users, 1 organization, up to 1,000,000 page views/month, up to 1,500 page scans/month, 1 Agora seat.
  • Premium Plan: Best for medium to large websites with high traffic.
    • Limits: 5 sites, 10 users, 1 organization, up to 10,000,000 page views/month, up to 4,000 page scans/month, 3 Agora seats.
  • Enterprise Plan: Tailored for enterprise customers with very high traffic websites.
    • Limits: Custom number of sites and users, multiple organizations, custom page views/month, 5,000+ page scans/month, 10+ Agora seats.

Every page a scheduled scan visits counts as one page scan toward your plan's monthly budget. Real-Time Scanning counts page views and does not use page scans.

Subscription Management

  • Free Trial: New customers are granted a 7-day free trial, with a 10,000 page view cap, across all plans. Scheduled Scanning during the trial has its own trial page-scan budget, shown in the Page scans meter.
  • Auto-renewal: Plans automatically continue into the next billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand.
  • Plan Modification: Customers can switch plans or billing frequencies at any time, with immediate effect for upgrades and end-of-cycle effect for downgrades.
  • Page Scan Budget: Page scans reset at the start of each monthly period (see Current Period below). When the budget is used up, scheduled scans stop scanning pages until the next period starts or you upgrade.
  • Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled to remain active until the current cycle ends.
  • Trial Conversion: Allows immediate plan activation if the trial's page view or page scan limit is reached, unlocking the plan's full monthly budgets.
  • Reactivation: Previously cancelled plans can be resumed without additional charges.
  • Expired Subscriptions: Users with expired plans need to choose a new plan to continue services without a new free trial.

Plan Tab

The Plan tab gives a real-time overview of your subscription status, usage, allocated licenses, and billing details, in three parts: the Current plan card, the Billing details card, and Compare plans.

Current Plan

Shows your plan name and interval (Monthly or Annual), its price, and a status badge — Active, Free trial (with the number of trial days left), Canceled or Expired. Notices appear here for a pending plan change, the trial, or a canceled subscription (with Reactivate subscription).

  • Status – Indicates whether your current subscription is active.
  • Next Billing – Shows your current plan, billing amount, currency, and the date of the next billing (or when the trial ends, the subscription renews or expires).
  • Current Period – Even if your subscription is billed annually (for example, from 15/08/2025 to 15/08/2026), product usage limits are applied on a monthly basis. The Current Period field displays the start and end dates for the current month within your subscription term (e.g., 15/08/2025 – 15/09/2025). This makes it clear which month’s usage you are currently tracking.
  • Usage this period – Meters showing your actual usage for the current monthly period defined above against your plan's limits: Page views, Page scans, Sites, Users and Agora desktop licenses (where they apply). For example, if your monthly page view limit is 5,000,000 and you have used 1,250,000 so far, the Page views meter shows 1,250,000 / 5,000,000.

Change interval switches the same plan between Monthly and Annual billing.

Billing Details

Contains the registered billing contact, company details, and payment method:

  • Payment method – The payment card currently on file, displayed with the card type and last four digits, masked for security.
  • Expiration Date – The expiry date of the registered payment card.
  • Full Name – The name of the billing contact person.
  • Country – The billing country associated with your account.
  • Company – The company name linked to the billing account.
  • VAT Number – The VAT number linked to the account (if applicable).

Update billing details lets you update contact information, VAT number, and payment method.

Cancel subscription stops automatic renewal and allows your subscription to remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. It is shown only while the subscription is active.

Compare Plans

Below the cards, all plans are shown side by side (see "Available Plans"), with a Monthly / Annual switch and a currency switch. Your current plan is marked; use Change plan on another plan's card to switch, or Contact sales for Enterprise. During a free trial, plans can't be switched — use Convert trial on your current plan to activate it immediately instead.

Financial Records

  • Invoices tab: Every invoice issued for your subscription, with its number, date, status and total. Download a PDF copy for your records.
  • Transactions tab: Review your account's detailed transaction history for complete financial oversight.
