Overview & Navigation ​

Your Overview ​

Once you log in, you land on the Overview of your current organization. It answers "how are we doing, and what should I do next?" at a glance:

  • Key figures – the average Real-Time Scanning score and Scheduled Scanning score across your sites, the number of sites used versus your plan's limit, and the page scans used versus your plan's budget for the current period
  • Get set up – a short checklist that takes you from an empty organization to full coverage: add your first site, turn on real-time monitoring, schedule a scan and invite your team. Each open step has a button that takes you straight to where it's done. The checklist is shown to admins and power users only, and disappears once every step is complete.
  • Sites overview – your sites ordered by lowest real-time score first, with their Real-Time Scanning score and status (Active, Paused or Not configured), their Scheduled Scanning score and status (Scheduled or Not scheduled), and a link to open each site. Use search, sort and the list/grid switch to find a site.
  • Quick actions – shortcuts such as Add a site, Invite your team, Open Agora, Code analysis (Premium and above) and Plan & billing (admins)

You can return to the Overview at any time by clicking Overview or the QualiBooth logo in the sidebar.

Finding Your Way Around ​

The portal is organized around a sidebar on the left and a top bar above every page.

  • Organization switcher (at the top, under the logo) – shows the current organization and your role in it. Open it to switch to another organization you belong to, or choose Manage organizations. See Organizations.
  • Overview – your organization's home (described above)
  • Sites – all websites in the organization. See Sites. When you are working inside a site, its workspace appears nested underneath: the site's own overview, Monitoring (real-time scanning) and Scheduled scans.
  • Code analysis – accessibility checks in your CI/CD pipeline (Premium plan and above). See Code Analysis.
  • AI tools – Agora (download the Agora AI Workbench desktop app) and MCP Client (connect your AI assistant to QualiBooth)
  • Organization – shown to admins and power users: Users, Settings, and Billing (admins only)
  • At the bottom: Help & docs, Collapse (shrinks the sidebar to an icon rail; your choice is remembered) and the portal version

On small screens the sidebar is hidden; open it with the menu button in the top bar.

Top bar ​

  • Search or jump to… – opens the command palette (also ⌘K on macOS or Ctrl K on Windows/Linux). Type to jump to any page, to any site's overview, issues or scheduled scans, or to switch organization.
  • Notifications bell – see Notifications & Account
  • Account menu (your avatar) – My account, Notification preferences, Organizations, Billing (admins only) and Log out

Page titles and breadcrumbs ​

Every page shows its title and a breadcrumb trail of where you are, for example Sites › Acme Shop › Monitoring. Click any part of the trail to go back up.
