Appearance
Sites
The Sites section (in the sidebar) is the central hub for managing all websites associated with your organization. From here, you can view your registered domains, monitor accessibility scores, and open each site's workspace — its overview, real-time Monitoring and Scheduled scans. Based on your subscription plan, you can register and monitor one or more websites.
The list has two tabs: Active and Archived. Use the search box to find a site by name or address, the sort control to change the order, and the list/grid switch to change the layout.
Active Sites
The Active tab lists all websites currently in your organization. Each site provides access to both scanning modes, allowing you to manage continuous monitoring and scheduled audits independently. For each site, you can view accessibility scores, navigate to scanning features, and manage the site.
Each site card shows:
Website - The site's display name with its address underneath. If no display name is set, the domain is shown. Click the name to open the site's overview.
Real-time - The site's current real-time monitoring accessibility score (0–100), based on real user visits collected via the tracking script, with its status:
- Active – the tracking script is installed and data has been received recently
- Paused – the script is installed but monitoring has been paused
- Not configured – the tracking script has not been installed (or no data has been received recently)
Scores are updated continuously and aggregated over time. No score is shown if the tracking script is not installed or monitoring is paused.
Scheduled - The site's latest scheduled-scan accessibility score, based on the most recent completed server-side scan, with its status (Scheduled or Not scheduled). The displayed score represents the average of the desktop and mobile scan results. If no scheduled scans have been run yet, no score is displayed.
Navigation - Use the buttons on the card to go to:
- Open – the site's overview (see Site Overview)
- Monitoring – real-time monitoring (for a site that isn't monitored yet, this opens the monitoring setup)
- Scans – the site's scheduled scans
Actions (admins and power users)
- Edit site (pencil icon) – Update the site's display name. The site's URL can't be changed.
- Delete site (trash icon) – Remove the site from active monitoring. After confirming, the site moves to the Archived tab.
Deleted sites are retained for 30 days before permanent removal.
Archived Sites
The Archived tab shows websites that have been removed from active monitoring. These sites remain recoverable for up to 30 days.
- Restore: Click Restore next to a site to reinstate it. If the tracking script is still installed, scanning will resume immediately upon restoration. Restore is unavailable while your organization is at its plan's site limit.
⚠️ After 30 days, deleted sites and all associated data are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Adding a New Site
- Click Add site (top left of the Sites list, or from the Overview's quick actions).
- (Optional) Enter a Display Name – how the site will appear in the Sites list.
- Enter the Site – the valid domain to be monitored.
- Click Add site to confirm.
Add site is disabled once your organization reaches its plan's site limit; hover over it to see the limit.
Note: Don’t forget to install the tracking script. A site's real-time status becomes Active only when the script is installed and data is received. See Monitoring Setup.
Site Overview
Clicking Open (or a site's name) opens the site's overview — one screen that shows how the site is doing in both scanning modes and where to go next. While you're inside a site, its workspace (the site overview, Monitoring and Scheduled scans) is listed under Sites in the sidebar.
The site overview shows:
- Real-time monitoring – the real-time score and status (Active, Paused or Not configured) with the time of the last script activity, and links to Open dashboard, Issues and Pages. If monitoring isn't set up yet, admins and power users see Set up monitoring.
- Scheduled scans – the scheduled-scan score and status (Scheduled or Not scheduled) and the site's scans, each with its frequency, last run, latest score and a link to its latest report. All scans opens the full list; admins and power users also get New scan.
- Accessibility Statement – generate a ready-to-publish accessibility statement from the site's Real-Time Scanning result or its latest scheduled scan. See Accessibility Statement.
- Developer tools – the Development Assistant launcher for this site, and a link to Agora for fixing issues in your editor. The Development Assistant is available once real-time monitoring is active.
