Export Options

Agora provides export capabilities for accessibility scan results and violation statistics. The available export formats support sharing findings with stakeholders and integrating with external tools for further analysis.

Export Options include:

  • PDF/CSV Reports for professional accessibility reports and statistics

Export Formats

Agora generates professional reports for both website and single URL:

URL Reports (PDF)

  • Scan Results: Complete accessibility scan findings for selected URL
  • Violation Details: Individual accessibility issues with descriptions and WCAG references
  • Visual Context: Screenshots showing violation locations on pages
  • Technical Information: Element selectors, HTML context, and remediation guidance

Statistics Reports (PDF/CSV)

  • Violation Breakdown: Statistical analysis of all violations found across the website
  • Impact Analysis: Violations categorized by severity (critical, high, medium, low)
  • Summary Metrics: Total violations, unique violation types, affected pages
  • Detailed Statistics: Violation frequency, page distribution, and WCAG rule coverage

Export Access

From Website View

  1. Select Website: Navigate to the website you want to export data for
  2. Choose URL: Select specific URL
  3. Scan URL Click on the Re-scan button and wait for the scan to finish
  4. Generate Export: Click on Download Report button

From Statistics Tab

  1. View Statistics: Navigate to the Statistics tab for any website
  2. Filter Resolution: Choose Desktop or Mobile resolution data
  3. Export Statistics: Click the Export button to access statistics export options
  4. Select Format: Choose between PDF or CSV for statistics data
  5. Download Results: Access the generated statistics report

Export Settings

File Locations

  • Default Export Path: Downloaded files are saved to the system Downloads folder by default
  • Custom Export Path: Configure custom export directories for specific websites
