Troubleshooting

The AI assistant says it can't find the MCP server

  • Confirm the server entry is in the correct config file for your AI client
  • Restart the AI client after making config changes

Authentication errors

  • When prompted, complete the OAuth login in the browser window that opens
  • If the browser window did not appear, check that your default browser is accessible
  • Verify your QualiBooth account is active and has not been suspended
  • Try logging out and back in on the QualiBooth portal to confirm your credentials

Tools are listed but return errors

  • Check your network connection — the MCP server calls the QualiBooth API
  • Confirm your account has sufficient permissions for the operation

Confirmation prompts are not appearing

  • Some AI clients have auto-confirmation settings that bypass the prompt. Check your client's tool-use settings.
